10x10 (Lot Side) Vendor Registration – Early Bird Special

Join the Negative Posture x VJC Wheels & Tires Car Show as we celebrate 1 year of Negative Posture!

Please review the event details and vendor guidelines below:

Event Details:
Date: August 8, 2026
Time: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Vendor Setup Requirements:

• Setup begins at 7:30 AM
• All vendors must be fully set up by 12:30 PM

Vendor Guidelines:

• This booth space does not include a show vehicle. Please contact us if you would like to have a vehicle in your booth.
• Support vehicles (trucks, SUVs, personal cars) will receive free parking in a designated vendor area.
  • A parking pass will be provided and must be displayed on your dashboard.
  • All support vehicles must unload promptly and move to the assigned parking area to allow space for show cars during setup.
• Each vendor will receive 4 booth passes/bracelets for staff.
  • Passes can be picked up at the registration booth on the morning of the event.
